Manifestation mentality. Let’s talk about it.
Let me guess. You have checked all of the manifestation step boxes. You are directing your energy into your manifestation.
So how do you channel your energy? Journaling, listening to a guided meditation or some other modality? Whatever method you embrace is wonderful and you should keep at it!
You deserve to.
But now you’re just waiting, and your reality is not shifting. Well, that’s because you are directing only 10% of your time and energy into your manifestation, what I like to call your asking time.
It’s when you have a clear, energetic flow where you are communicating your desire to the universe with no obstructions.
But there is 90% of your time left over. Have you thought about what that the time is being spent on?
Let Me Break The Manifesting Mentality Down Further…
The core meaning of conscious creation is to become aware of your thoughts and feelings and have the ability to replace them at the moment if they’re not aligned with your manifestation. I’m talking about those thoughts that say you can’t have or deserve the things that you want.
Why are they a problem? They’re a problem because those thoughts and feelings that say you can’t have what you want pop into our heads thousands of times a day and take control.
After all, a desire is something that you don’t have yet and these thoughts remind us of that.
So with these doubts, you’re energetically limiting yourself, so you don’t end up experiencing the things you want.
So, if you are 10% into energetically communicating your desires, and then 90% of the time, you are just rolling with the punches of your automatic thoughts that tell you you can’t have this, what do you think is gonna happen?
You’re not going to manifest your desires.
Now, why is this? It’s because your conscious and your subconscious mind have to be riding in the same car and are tuned into the same energy, if you will.
Let’s say you have not had your manifestation for one year and you have 70,000 doubtful thoughts a day. So that’s about 3,600,000 thoughts and feelings in that one year that say that you can’t have it.
We are like human batteries. We are these energetic beings that have an electrical charge. So if you have these dense feelings, always concentrating and focusing your energy on the problem 90% of the time, instead of changing the charge of your thoughts, emotions and feelings, then you’re not you’re not ever going to get there. Make sense?
You’re going to get stuck in the manifestation hamster wheel like most other conscious creators, that take a million courses a year and still feel stuck.
So How Do We Shift To 100% Manifestation Mentality?
To tackle this with my clients, I do two things.
The first thing is to designate 15 minutes a day to what I call worrying time. Just 15 minutes…no more.
If you carve out that time to sit and worry, you won’t be thinking about other things and you won’t get distracted by the need to worry during the other hours of the day.
It is going to be hard in the beginning because you have spent 90% of the time focusing on the problem, and now you are switching it up. But if you spend most of your time focused on the problem, you’re perpetuating your reality.
Plain and simple, you’re getting the same result, just a different circumstance and experience every single time
Now, the second thing. Remember how I said we are human batteries? You have a certain charge in your body physiologically that creates a response right to your thoughts.
You need to discharge your thoughts and feelings that say you cannot have it. This is how we do it.
First things first. Let’s do an example of needing more money, making ends meet or paying the bills. You have this fear or worry every single day, thousands of times a day. The thought is going to create this fear where your response is typically identified as a sick feeling.
Feels all too familiar, right?
It causes so many issues in the body. So you’re going to catch it when you notice a bad feeling in your body, you are going to set a different intention for the universe to respond.
Everything in your physical reality is only feedback of your inner state of what you are feeling. Setting a different intention just means thinking a better thought.
If you’re having trouble paying your bills, you can’t say, “I’m going to be a millionaire next month.” Your mind’s not going to believe it. It’s not going to create that physiological response in your body of feeling a little better.
So the key here is to create a thought that just makes you feel a little better. Every time you do this, I want you to pay attention.
I want you to notice in your body, that as you start to worry, the feeling is not as intense as every time you do this. If you are worried about paying your bills every single month, a better thought can be, “Even though I’ve worried in the past, I’ve always been able to pay them. Things have always worked out for me, no matter what, no matter how much I worry, things have always worked out for me.”
What we’re looking for here is just a better feeling in your body. After consciously choosing this better thought, you’re going to notice that those thoughts will have a less intense charge in your body.
Secondly, I want you to add another related thought. This one’s important. You are going to remind yourself that this is probably just a conditioned response. What you’re thinking now is from your past. What you see in your reality is already manifested, it’s already here. You’ve already created your reality from the quantum.
So if you keep reacting to what you see in your physical reality, it’s going to perpetuate the hamster wheel. You’re never going to get out of it, you’re never going to feel good enough for long enough to see your reality shift and morph around you.
So you’re going to remind yourself of that. You’re going to go to a better thought. Notice the feeling gives you a tiny little bit more comfort and the bad thought is probably just a conditioned response from your past.
Final Thoughts on Manifesting Mentality…
If you do anything, anything in your manifestation game, let it be these steps that I outlined above. As you start doing them, you’re going to notice that your entire reality begins to shift around you.
